T3 Genius technology guarantees temperature control of the steam boiler, the coffee boiler and the group for maximum precision in the cup.

The E1 Prima PRO Brew Temperature Reproducibility has obtained optimal results with perfect positioning within the range laid down by the World Coffee Events.

T3 Genius technology guarantees even faster heating of the group compared to machines in the same category, with increased precision and responsiveness. Additionally, it doubles the steam pressure and halves the quantity of water to produce a sweet and consistent milk cream.

E1 Prima PRO increases the productivity of the E1 Prima range and delivers excellent results in the cup, simply and quickly.

The Purest Taste

Pure Brew Technology is an innovative extraction method that is applied to espresso and to the extraction of a new drink without using pressure. Pure Brew opens a world of different recipes for baristas, from espresso and Pure Brew Coffee to tea and infusions for creating ingredients used in cocktails and mocktails.

Pure Brew Coffee

PureBrew is Victoria Arduino's proprietary technology which, together with the new patented double-wall filter cone, enables Pure Brew Coffee—a filter coffee with unique characteristics—to be activated from the machine or the app with a simple switch. Every parameter (dose, volume and temperature) can be adjusted by selecting one of the programmed profiles (Light, Medium and Dark) to prepare high-quality filter coffee or tea in under 3 minutes with consistent results.

Immediate Extraction

The simplicity of PureBrew technology is one of its key strengths. Simply set the extraction profile—Light, Medium or Dark—and let the PureBrew algorithm manage the three phases of brewing.

Pure Brew Espresso: A New Frontier

PureBrew technology applied to espresso reveals new flavours in coffee. Based on the selected profile, PureBrew Technology calculates and distributes water pulses during the three phases of espresso extraction (Pre-infusion, Infusion and Post-infusion) according to the type of coffee used, delivering consistently precise extraction.

With E1 Prima PRO, the Steam-by-Wire system becomes Advanced, guaranteeing the same quality of dry steam delivery at 2.1 bar while adding two controls to divide the steam for different-capacity milk pitchers.
