In the verdant highland village of Almazanaha, in the Haraaz area, about 70 km west of Snaa capital of Yemen , lives an 42-year-old farmer, Jammel Al-Mazanai . Jammel owns a piece of land that is about 2500 meters above sea level. Due to the high altitudes of the land, the family is able to produce this distinctive type of coffee, which demands the highest price on the international market.
The Maznaai family has been cultivating coffee in the steep and terraces for more than 80 years using traditional methods. The coffee is grown naturally without artificial fertilizers , herbicides or pesticides.  Due to the shortage of water, the irrigation of the coffee plants mainly relies on rainfall.
Jammel inherited the land from his father, where he used to grow QAT, an intoxicating narcotic plant popular with the locals. An estimated 45% of Yemen's agricultural land and water source is consumed for the cultivation of QAT. However, due to the continuous efforts of the community leaders, more and more locals in Haraaz are deciding to clear their farmland of QAT and grow coffee instead, changing their culture dating back hundreds of years.

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Daily Cut-Off Time will be at 05:00 PM - Dubai Time. Orders placed after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be placed on the first day following the date the Order was submitted.
  • UAE Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page. Free Delivery on Orders 150+ AED
  • Orders of less than AED 150 will be charged AED 15 shipping fee (non-refundable) in case of any cancelation.
  • Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address and contact details.
