This coffee is produced in FAZENDA SANTA CECILIA, a single estate belonging to Pedro Veloso and his family, a third-generation coffee producer from Carmo do Paranaiba, Cerrado region in Minas Gerais. The family has produced coffee in this privileged area for over 160 years.
The variety is Acaia/Catuai, and the coffee is grown from 1,050 to 1,200 meters above sea level. The farm is 1,270 hectares, and 70% is planted in coffee. The rest are protected forests and reservoirs. The coffee is rinsed, and fertilizers are delivered through the irrigation system.
Mr Pedro Veloso has been involved in coffee all his life and is genuinely dedicated to producing high-quality coffee without sacrificing yields. He lives on the farm and spends his early mornings visiting the farms, supervising harvesting and processing. Later in the day, he heads to the trading room in Carmo, where he attends calls from overseas customers.
Veloso Santa Cecilia results from carefully selected, sun-dried beans producing a smooth, creamy, full-bodied cup.

- We deliver our products to all of UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier (Emirates Post).
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Daily Cut-Off Time will be at 05:00 PM - Dubai Time. Orders placed after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be placed on the first day following the date the Order was submitted.
- UAE Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page. Free Delivery on Orders 150+ AED
- Orders of less than AED 150 will be charged AED 15 shipping fee (non-refundable) in case of any cancelation.
- Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address and contact details.
- Falconroasters.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) in UAE only with a maximum amount of 3,000 AED
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to GCC countries only. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier (Emirates Post).
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Falcon Coffee Roasters is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
