Felipe Ospina, a biologist by trade, founded Colors of Nature in 2007 to promote sustainable specialty coffees at prices that combat poverty and support producer livelihoods. He also works as a processing instructor.
La Cereza Farm and Research Center are Colours of Nature's research farm and processing centre. Felipe oversees 5 Q processing professionals conducting hundreds of research projects about cultivation and processing. They focus on fermentation's impact and the use of native and inoculated microorganisms in fermentation.
The centre also provides sensory kits and classes, enabling farmers to assess their coffees and better understand roasting and cupping processes.
La Cereza (The Cherry) is a community wet mill, research centre, and eco-farm located in the lush green hills above San Augustin, Huila. From here, Felipe Ospina processes coffee from surrounding farms, runs training courses, and conducts experiments to make coffee tastier and more sustainable. This lot was picked on the edge of over-ripeness, pulped, and sealed in airtight barrels to ferment, creating a more complex flavour profile.
Pink Bourbon is a rare variety and a natural hybrid of Yellow and Red Bourbon. This coffee is incredibly complex, and the high glucose content of Pink Bourbon gives it a silky mouthfeel.
Shipping Policy
- We deliver our products to all of UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier (Emirates Post).
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Daily Cut-Off Time will be at 05:00 PM - Dubai Time. Orders placed after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be placed on the first day following the date the Order was submitted.
- UAE Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page. Free Delivery on Orders 150+ AED
- Orders of less than AED 150 will be charged AED 15 shipping fee (non-refundable) in case of any cancelation.
- Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address and contact details.
- Falconroasters.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) in UAE only with a maximum amount of 3,000 AED
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to GCC countries only. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier (Emirates Post).
