Tasting notes: Notes of black berries, toasted nuts, vanilla oak
The farm, located in the Valle del Cauca region of Colombia, has a deep-rooted tradition of cultivating coffee, having been run by the same family for generations. This legacy involves:
A commitment to the land and the craft of coffee growing, passed down through time.
Utilizing the rich, natural environment of the region, including 600 hectares of land spanning three different temperature zones and varying elevations, to produce a diverse range of coffee varieties.
Employing careful, hands-on farming methods and respecting the soil that gives the coffee its unique character.
Decent coffee, but definitely oversold by the barista. The flavor is very ordinary and doesn't justify the strong recommendation I was given. It’s okay, but I wouldn’t buy it again.
