Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage: We deliver to all locations within the UAE using a third-party courier, Emirates Post.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Cut-Off Time: Our daily cut-off time for processing orders is 6:00 PM Dubai Time. Orders placed after this time or on UAE public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Delivery Fees:
- Free delivery for orders over 200 AED.
- A shipping fee of 15 AED (non-refundable) will apply to orders under 200 AED in the event of cancellation.
Address Accuracy: To avoid delivery delays, please ensure you provide your full address and accurate contact details.
Customs and Taxes: Falcon Coffee Roasters is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to 3,000 AED within the UAE.
Lost/Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Coverage: We offer international shipping to GCC countries only, via Emirates Post.
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Import Duties and Taxes: Your order may incur import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. Falcon Coffee Roasters is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer's responsibility.
