    The Farm and Producer

    Founded in 1945 by the McEntee family, the farm is located in the Cordillera de Ilamatepec region of Santa Ana, El Salvador, at elevations of 900–1,200 masl. For over 80 years, the family has been dedicated to producing high-quality coffee while continuously improving cultivation and processing practices.


    The farm grows Bourbon, Pacas, Portillo, Pacamara, and Geisha varieties, and utilizes Semi-Washed, Honey, Natural, Aerobic, and Anaerobic processing methods to create a diverse range of flavor profiles that showcase the region's unique terroir.
