I bought four 250g packs and experimented a lot trying to find the best recipe. It didn’t give the brightness that Kenyan coffee has. This coffee is more medium in terms of acidity and sweetness.
I tried brewing it at 92–95°C, with a 23–26 click grind size, and 200–240 ml of water using the Comandante C60 Baracuda, Hario Switch, and AeroPress.
Personally, I would value this coffee at around 60–70 AED per 250g.
